Customers & Wallets
Find any customer, see their orders and spending, top up or deduct their wallet, and pay out wallet withdrawals.
Customers create their own accounts in the customer app or on the website. You never need to add them by hand.

One customer#
Click the eye icon to see everything about a customer.
- 1Adjust Wallet and the Active switch.

The customer wallet#
Refunds for cancelled orders and approved returns go to the customer's Zipkart wallet at once. Customers spend it at checkout, or top it up online if a payment gateway allows top-ups.
- Adjust Wallet on a customer adds or removes money, for example a goodwill credit for a late delivery.
- CustomersWallet Transactions lists every wallet movement of every customer.
- CustomersWallet Withdrawals: when a customer asks to withdraw, send the money to their bank, then Mark Paid with the transfer reference. Reject returns the money to the wallet.
