Do the steps in order
Each step needs the one before it. A skipped step is the most common reason an app shows nothing or cannot sign in.
Before you start#
- Install Flutter, Android Studio, Node.js 22 and Chrome, and get a green
flutter doctor. Requirements - Mac only: install Xcode and CocoaPods. Requirements
- Open the accounts you need: Google Play, Apple Developer, a payment gateway. Third-Party Services
Step 1 · Firebase backend#
- Create one Firebase project for everything. Create the project
- Upgrade to the Blaze plan, set a budget alert and turn on Storage. Blaze plan & Storage

Step 2 · Connect the apps#
- Choose your own package names for the customer, store and delivery boy apps. Package names

Step 3 · Admin panel setup#

Step 4 · Mobile apps (customer, store and delivery boy)#

Step 5 · Websites#
