Choose who gets it#
Send to Customers, Delivery Boys, Stores or Everyone, and a Zone or all zones.
Write it#
A Title and a Message. Optionally a Link opened when someone taps it on the website, and a wide Picture (2:1, under 1 MB). The preview shows how it looks.
Send Now#
It goes out within seconds to every phone and browser of that audience, and cannot be taken back.
The list shows each notification's status and how many devices received it. Old devices that Firebase no longer knows are removed automatically.
If nothing arrives#
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| No notifications at all | Check the event's Push switch in Notification Settings, and the logs in Firebase consoleFunctionsLogs |
| Android works, iPhone does not | Upload the APNs key for each iOS app: Setup |
| Nothing on one phone | Notifications are off for the app on that phone, or nobody signed in there |
| No order sound | Turn up the notification volume. On Android, check the New orders channel is not muted. |
| Website gets nothing | The site is not on HTTPS, notifications are blocked for it, or web/firebase-messaging-sw.js has another project's settings |
