Delivery Boys, Wallets & Payouts
Approve new riders, ask for documents, see every rider's wallet, and pay out their earnings.
Delivery boys (riders) sign up in the Delivery Boy app. You approve them here, and from then on Zipkart offers them orders automatically.

Set up in three steps#
Choose the documents riders upload#
Delivery BoysRider Documents > + Add Document. For example a driving licence (front and back, with expiry) and an ID card. Mark the ones that are Required.
Set the rider rules#
Click Delivery Boy Settings. Set the Return commission (what a rider earns for collecting a return) and the Minimum wallet to go online (default 100).
Approve new riders#
New sign-ups wait in Delivery BoysDelivery Boy Requests. Check the documents: Approve good ones, Reject an unclear one with a reason the rider sees. Then Approve the rider.
Pay per delivery
A rider earns the delivery charge minus your admin commission, set in Services & delivery charges.
The rider wallet#

A negative wallet means the rider owes you. Below the minimum, a rider cannot go online. Delivery BoysRider Wallets shows all wallets on one screen.
Pay out earnings#
Riders request a payout in the app. Open Delivery BoysWithdrawal Requests, transfer the money to the bank account shown, then click the pencil: Approved with the transaction id and receipt, or Rejected with a reason.

How orders reach riders#
Each Quick order is offered to one rider at a time, nearest first, with a countdown. A rider gets offers only when approved, online, inside the zone, within 15 km of the store, free, and with enough wallet for cash orders. If nobody accepts in about 5 minutes the store can search again, or you can Assign Delivery Boy on the order.
