Launch Checklist

Backend#

• The project is on the Blaze plan with a budget alert in Google Cloud Billing.
• The setup tool finished with every step green: Setup tool.
• Storage CORS is applied, so pictures show on the websites.

Admin panel#

• Your super admin account exists and its email is real.
• Branding: logos, colours, display titles and favicon for every app.
• Currency, countries, zones and delivery charges are yours.
• Your stores exist, each with a login, location, zone and opening hours.
• Example stores, products and zones you do not use are deleted or switched off.
• About Us, Contact Us and every policy page have your own text.
• SMTP is set and Test Mail arrives.

Payments#

• Each gateway you use is switched to Live with live keys, and Test keys passes.
• The gateway's callback or webhook URL is set in the gateway's own dashboard.
• A real small payment goes through and shows in CustomersTransactions.

Apps#

• Your own package names and bundle IDs, app names and icons.
• Release SHA keys and the Google Play signing SHA keys are in Firebase.
• The APNs key is uploaded for every iOS app.
• Permission texts on iPhone describe your brand.
• Version numbers are raised for the store upload.

Websites#

• All three websites open on your domains with HTTPS.
• Deep links reload without 404.
• Your domains are in Firebase Authorized domains.
• Web push keys are saved in SettingsFirebase Settings.

One full test order#

• A rider signs up, uploads documents and you approve them.
• A customer signs up, places a Quick order and pays online.
• The store rings, accepts and packs; a rider gets the request and accepts.
• The customer follows the rider on the map and gives the delivery code.
• The store's earning, the rider's wallet and your Earnings page all show the order.
• A return is requested, picked up and refunded to the wallet.

Go live#

• Maintenance mode is off for every app.
• Apps are submitted to Google Play and the App Store.
